Information needed.

Hello , I am thinking about a career in possibly modeling (3D Studio Max) , or making custom websites. I live in England, I wondered if anyone knew of any good univercitys in USA or England. I would like to go live in USA, but would it be hard for me to do so? 18 years old and I have not taken any A Levels. Will I need to pass other qualifications to get into these Unis? Any help/information is apreciated. Links to uni's sites would also be apreciated. Courses on 3DSM Modeling or photoshop I am most interested in. Both programs I find very interesting, from what I can gather you have to do a course specifically for one part of the program, correct?
