WOW!!....

I really like this! You have a great style, and the subject matter is right up my alley....

A few questions... how long did it take you? And have you done any proffesional illustrations?

wow man....Gregg Staples....good to see you here . Being a fan of your art for years. Im suprised that theres not more professional comic book artists here. I know Duncan Fegrero is a big fan of this community .
good to see your work up

I am a professional, i've worked in many areas such as fantasy and comics. I drew Judge Dredd for quite a while before concentrating mostly on fantasy. I formed a company with three other artists and we produce art for film and TV as well as tradition illustration. I'm still fairly new to Painter though, i spent an afternoon getting the drawing i wanted and then painted it the next day so about a day and a half in total.

WOW!!!
Unbelievable!!!!

... no wonder people always say that even in CG, you need the background and experience of hand-painting...

I am so glad I have joined this forum and get a chance to learn all from you professionals. :p

Okay, yeah you kick mad ass.
Nice to see some of that good ol' Frazetta influence put to superb use. Especially since you've managed to create your own look and style with it, very very cool. Props to you man.
And your website kicks ass too. It's a little slow, but that's cool. Keep rockin' the spot bro! Peace

I would love to know how you get a look like this. I realize its not something that can just be taught but I want my art to go this direction instead of proper rendering.

I've been looking at a lot of impressionists and I've been experimenting but I'm still not in the right frame of mind.

If you got any tips let me know.

Thanks
