nice. I love her lips and the way her eyes aren't perfectly even (like a real human).

Something about the bottom of the nose bugs me. It was painted beautifully though.

I think there are 2 things bugging about the bottom of the nose.
1) Each half of the nose is (usually) described as a concave surface providing two distinct bowls in which the nostrils rest. What you've drawn here is one large convex surface describing the entire bottom of the nose. Also, the nostrils are rather small (or perhaps placed too far forward) giving a large area of skin on the facial side that exaggerates this effect.
2) The bottom of the nose is also very dark...it's a good deal darker than its cast shadow and if you squint, it's one of the darkest areas on the face. I _think_ it might be too dark. Or perhaps it's too red (almost looks like she has a cold ;) ).
Of course, that's just what it looks like to me (mind you I'm a very new student to this, so take it with a grain of salt).
Beyond that it's a gorgeous picture. I love the very soft quality to the painting and it's a nice color choice with the background/foreground.

i like it, except her ethnicity isnt very defined which is ok by me but she looks like a very mixed lady, but thats cool . hope you havin fun at work.
