Ah, the joy and warm feelings you can get talking about your own book!

Well i am glad to say that i have gotten my copy of the book and it does not seem to be missing pages or have any of the images upside down. Cartouche press has assured me that it will be available in December, like now. I think it just has to be shipped to the various vendors and distributed.

Thanks for asking about this and i hope you like what you see in the book.

Jon, I have a quick question. What's included in the book? I love your work and I'm just curious what type of book it is, is it a compilation of your work, your technique, your influences? I need to buy more books and I was extremely interested in yours after I heard about it.

While we're at it, I also have a question for you, Jon. That Plan B Science and Entertainment (http://www.planbse.com) project you're part of - I see that Ashley Wood is a part of it too. Does that mean some kind of Foster-Wood collaboration in the near future? Thanks.

The book is 99% percent art and 1% about how or why. I would not mind in the future having a book that was more informative on philosophy or technique but in this case i chickened out and went for the silence is wisdom adage.

The book is a hard cover, and 80 pages in length. It is divide about evenly between color and black and white.

Ashley asked me to be part of the plane b studio as a kind of back up if he could not handle all that can through the door. But as yet we have not worked on anything together. I think it would be mighty fun when we do though!
