I love your lines man. Loose and cool. Still, I would like to see how you do a bit more "complete" sketch, with cleaner lines and more detail, and perhaps some lightning?

Those small colored cartoonish things are cool to, very expressive, with tons of character.

Rock on!

your haphazard angular lines blow my mind. How you seem to create form and nearly realistic anatomy with this simple and seemingly rudimentary of lines I do not understand, however, I enjoy looking at them. My only criticism is to try to vary your linewidth, which seems like it may be difficult to do while keeping your style. It could possibly make your linework seem less random and more strongly rooted in a traditional concept of form.

July 18th, 2005, 03:37 PM
this sb blows up spots!! great angularity in your female studies...them faces are hot! nice angles and perspective with each pose, each line tells a convincing story...... i dont have any crits, except maybe to post more colored stuff..

What the hell, I'll join the fan club. ;) Some of this seems sort of Ashley Wood-ish to me and that's not bad. :) The proportions are wonky in some areas but considering the confidence in your lines, I dunno, it works at times. Very nice stuff. You really crack this stuff out quickly, I'll bet! Keep postin', man! Can we assume that we'll meet you at the Montreal workshop?

Very nice stuff man. You are a true master of the line. Quick continuous line portraits is something I just started to get into. So much fun. And then I see your page, and wow. You can really do alot with one line. Keep it up bro. those comics are looking really sweet, love the angles and comps.
