even since i saw my first issue of High Roads by Gerry Alanguilan and Leinil Yu....i cant get enough of Nazi's!! its the coolest topic coz there is so much intrigue in how they where rumoured to have been researching 'supernatural' resources to win the war.

some randomness that extruded itself from my head the other day in flash...more coming...

i agree with you on the topic.

the mix of militarism, intrigues, mythology, propagandism and design... it made for a very impressing whole. not the intent, that's for sure, but the way it was achieved is unique...

try searching for german posters of ww2 time, there are amazing pieces among them.

another example are the architectural monuments that have survived the war.
it's a bit of historism in it but in a kind of edgy, bulky and martialistic form.

if we learn our lesson out of this era, i think we are allowed to be inspired by it (design-wise)
