I like it. It is a little flat but it works for me somehow. The shadow might need a little work.

Pretty twisted, but it's interesting in a cthuhlu sort of way. You'd probably be better served by taking some more time with it. You obviously have an idea of how the surface deforms based on your inks, so go ahead and add some highlights and shadows based off them. Also, the whole picture reads a little cool, even the red. Getting some warmth in there somewhere, either in the shadows or highlights, would probably help the picture immensely.
