Anatomy N3wb Needs Help

I dont even know how to spell Anatomy but I know I need help with it. Here is a sketch. Help!

Best advice is pick up a book or two on artistic anatomy. Bridgman's Drawing from Life, Ciavardi's Drawing Human Anatomy, and many other good ones out there. Failing that pic up a fitness or bodybuilding magazine.

Advice specifically to this pic: neck seems too long, right arm is very large, and the pose is a little strange. Most of the stuff looks like just a matter of refining.
