A bit disturbing, this one...
-Since an image says more than a thousand words, I thought I'd do a quick paint-over instead of trying to explain what I think.
I hope this is OK?
So the things I have tweaked in the copy are:
¤ His chin(both sides, but mostly the left to us).
¤ The barrel of the gun, rotated down only slightly, and changed the tip a little.
¤ His left eye(the one to the right to us) moved down a bit and made 'clearer'.
¤ His hair on the left to us changed a little.

I hope this helps, but it isn't necessarily so that others would agree with the changes I have done; this is just what I thought when I saw it. :)
Forgot to say that except for those minor things, I think it's very nicely done! :)

Hey NG , Thanks for all the time you put in helping me out . It was very helpful to me, I had a hard time with this painting(Acrylic) I did all acrylic paintings for my illustration class, just so I could get better with then. I started over three different times for the deadline, I learned alot from this, but like you said evens after 3 times their are still things I missed, All i really like about this painting is the head. So NR thanks again for your crit.

Well, it's always easier to change someone else's work than to actually do it all. :)
I'm not so sure I could actually do something like this from scratch myself.
I'm glad you didn't mind that I did the paint-over. I just thought it would be easier.
Sometimes when we've put a lot of work into a drawing/painting, we kinda "go blind" to it, at least I know I do, and then it's nice to put it up to a mirror or put it upside-down, 'cause with the new perspective, it's easier to see what could be better.
IMO.
Nice work overall there, ELWOOD. :)

I find the background a bit confusing. Was it purposeful to make it as ambiguous as it is?
