Here is the title page for, "The Cat Who Thought His Tail Was An Icicle."

I have finally sent the manuscript off to a number of children's book publishers, along with the above cover and 4 more pictures. Links to the 4 more are below. The final book will have about 15 full page illustrations in it.

I have seen what you have posted from it before, and if you don't get it published, it certainly can't be because of the illustrations, 'cause this is very nice stuff.
Perfect for a childrens book IMO.

Good luck! :)

Again, very charming illustrations. I checked them out on your site before this post, they're stashed away now in my 'Philip Williams' folder ;) Guess I'm a sucker for children's book art. A couple of weeks back, I was digging through my old collection... made me feel 6, and I'm 22 now. Got the same warm fuzzy nostalgia feeling with these too...love em.

That cat looks totally out of it, he's an awesome character! Cheers

Hey... thanks for the good wishes...

Ironspy... Yes there is a story, but I don't want to show it around until its been seen by some publishers.

Eyewoo,

Another option is to self-publish this. I have friend who graduated with me and went on to make 3 of his own children's books that have sold pretty well. He's now working on his fourth. If, down the road, you don't hear anything from any publisher's, let me know and I'll get you his contact info so you can find out how he did it and what costs went into it.
