Ok heres an idea ! this could work as a forum or in general ! im currently studying how to becme better at digital painting only trouble is my time has to be split between modeling which I get paid for and painting which i need to spend the most time on !

Nothing teaches me faster than seeing other people work and picking up tips from them unfortunetly i work out of my house instead of a studio, ive learned alot form tips already from lots of online freinds etc but most of these guys are more modeling buddies and are busy as well !

so heres the pitch I would be willing to tip in some cash once a month for a kick ass tutorial including retarded steps brushes layers opacity etc I think a few others would as well say you get 10 people a month or whatever to tip in 10 bucks its not much but im guessing youd get alot more than that , then get someone like sparth or android etc to do a tutorial whoever would be willing that has some skill then they get the pot that month

I think doing voluntarily would be the best bet not like some cheesy pay site, but something to make it worth the artist while to do such a in depth tutorial im guessing it would come out to be about 200 bucks for an hours worth of work im gussing most artist get 500 for a comisioned pic so 200 about the same as teaching a hour of ps . It isnt much but then again you become more godly !;)

making psd files or painter files that can be downloaded to break it down as well would be cool as sh_t

anyone else thik this would be a cool idea ?

I think that's a great idea. I'm pretty mcuh broke as hell right, but I'd chip in a few bucks for a really kick ass tutorial. Course there are some really great tutorials already on here, but something broken down for a total noob would be awesome.

well when i say breaking down there are things id like to see that often get left out like firs t blocking in of the colors etc i understand but ill see a totaly blocked in sloppy painting with no shapr edges etc become a perfectly blended smooth pic i would like to see the actaul blending process brushes etc how its done

or even with the quickly done hard brushes how the layers are aranged are there layers etc lil stuff that youd pic up when working for years or around others etc

I love that idea. I would so pay for that. I would also like to see, the steps of sloppiness thet go through. I'd love to see sparth do this.
