This is my third real oil painting since I got my paints a little while ago. It's my second oil painting of skin tones (See the thread: Need help for oil painting skin.. that's my first attempt). I've never painted before this though.
I dont have a digicam, but i just put that bitch in the scanner and it worked :D
It's incomplete, but I just thought maybe you could give me some C&C?
Right now, this is what i have to do
-Finish his shirt
-Adjust the right eye (it's too low)
-Do something with the background..it's all too distracting, but i can't decide if i should make it brighter or darker.
