Well, it looks nice. The one thing that throws it off is the proportions. The Face is to big for the size of the head according to the hair. Or the face itself is fine and the rest is too small. One other thing, that chin is way to big and just out there. Its the first thing I see. U could easily fix these thing in a jiff. Post the fixed version.:)

I beg to differ with you, iwasink. I think the face looks well proportioned. If you wanna get all golden rule-ish about it, roughly speaking, the eyes are halfway b/t the top and bottom of the head, the nose is halfway b/t the chin and the eyes, and the mouth is halfway between the nose and chin. Perhaps what your seeing is the optical illusion of the tighter lines of the hair making the top of the head appear smaller at a glance.

I tihnk it looks pretty good, nice ink job. Its such a bitch to get the proportions on a pretty face to be perfect. I say, small imperfections give her charector.

I did use a reference except for the hair. i was more focused on the line work so i guess the proportions are off. actually the chin is to big and the ear just sux oh well the hiar is still crazy. thanks for the comments.
Now i see i need work on my proportions any advice:

i agree with clodhopper about, i think it looks really cool especially the eyes, its like shes really wondering or thinking about about something

id say that if there was a problem with it it owuldnt be the proportions but the perspective on her nose and her lips
