Let's face it. All those mods and stuff, what is it about? People who do mods actually get into a game, they learn to play it, learn to use it, learn to sometimes even love it, any many of them, get even that far and want to create something new within it.
I am not really a gamer, but there are some games that were realling stunning. I'd never have thought about going further than creating a level for a game, but imagine the possibility to create something almost new... there is a game out there, that offers us this possibility: Morrowind and the TESCS (Construction Kit)
My request here points towards those of you who really like fantasy, and who would love to do the concept art for a total conversion variant of morrowind, called "The Vimanian Stones". We have put together a core development team. What still misses, are skilled artists, for the concept of course.
What we want to achieve:
Well the main points of the story must remain secret. Although it is no financial business we are in,we do this from heart, and mostly fresh ideas are rare these days, the conclusion is to take care about what you tell others.
Any concept artist will get as involved as much as the trust is there. Communication has to fit the environment. Anyway, i can talk about this 24/7 but hey, i guess for the few who got here reading this, it might be enough to know :) Contact me (sirion@spirit-within.net) if you are interested. You can still say no later on too.
