Holas,
ok here is the deal I have a BA already in Psych, so even thought no it is not an ART degree I still have a degree which is good. So now I am looking to study CG because I discovered that is what I want to do.
I want to learn BOTH graphic design and 3d animation, I like both and I think I could use both, the more you know the better. The problem is finding good 3d schools, there are many good ones out there, mostly west coast and very expensive. Someone gave me some advice that I cant help consideering. Instead of spending 35k on a year program why not spend the money in the best equipment, take a few workshop classes, and self-teach myself as much as I can and then go and take some more advanced workshops. I dont know any ideas, tips advice about the benefits of this vs going ot school?
thanks! this whole decision making is giving me a headache
