hey, there you go. Its a good start, but I would stay away from that sketchy style that you had in you sketch. Unless you want that look. I think its missing a strong light source. I'd choose the right side as the light source and make some of his left side in the depths of the background. A dark background would help to. That way you get a lot of contrast. Gives it a more dinamic feel. hope this helps!:D
