My boyfriend purchased the digital download of Donato Giancola: The Mechanic for me the other night.
He received the email from Paypal and the email from TAD with the download link in it. The download link sends him to "Your Order is being Processed" page, only it has been well over 30 minutes(page says after 30 minutes to contact the merchant) so he emailed store@theartdepartment.org as well as aaron@theartdepartment.org. Haven't heard back and the download link still sends me to the same page.
He ordered the digital version thinking it would be available to me pretty quickly. I don't know if this is because it's the weekend or something? Maybe i'm too impatient haha..Hoping someone could shed some light on the situation. I'm really eager to watch this video!!:geekg:
