You need to work on your anatomy, that guys head is all weird and stuff... ;)

Now for a real crit. I think the reflected light from the water is too strong, or the character are highly reflective themself. I would knock it back a bit. I like the design of the breastskull, and more or less everything else.

Olsen, i think the guys' heads are meant to be that shape, look at ze womens big arse breasts - hence "Skull Crusher" ;)

HeHe - this is funny, love the two guys' heads, they were getting farrr too close to weren't they?
I would suggest adjusting the girls arms, they look to big length ways from elbow to wrist. The hair could flow a bit more, it looks very rigid....

now about the reflected light....i hear what you are saying and it's not remotely realistic but it just really 'zinged' the pic and unflattened it, so i'd be loathed to cut it back some.
besides i like the fact it makes the picture even more a 'garth merhenghi' horror cover.

1) a little more detail/definition in her face
2) she needs half a nipple stickin out on each side..just a personal choice tho:D
