Okay, when grabbing a severed head by the hair, you need to be cognizant of where the hair connects to the head. The lines you drew in the hair don't sit right with me. It looks like he has all the hair from the back of the person's head (there is more hair in the back of the head than the front). In this case the head's face would be looking at the ground. I realize in your picture that all the severed head's hair is in the dude's hand, but keep in mind that the hair in the front of the head would be more taught for its current angle. Remember, from the neck's standpoint the front of the face carries more gurth -- though I'm unsure how quickly after death eyeballs receede.
