Thanks again peeps! iwasink, ya I have had my share of schooling. Believe it or not, I almost became a medical student but realized I love to draw. So I decided to get into animation and arts, professionally. I really enjoy working in animation. Though it has been kinda slow nowadays, tough business. Especially in LA with animation industry slowing down, so now I am seeking work in game industry. Anyone looking for an artist in any of the houses? :D

Anyways, this particular piece took about 3 hours or so. Again, it was a small sketch in my sketch book with I scanned and colored in Painter. I rarely use reference in my work, and no reference was used in this one. In case you wanted to know "gestation" refers to the period of fetal development in the womb.

p.s. Concept art is a great site with a wealth of talent. I am glad it's here.
