download video problem

hi,

3 days ago i have purchased: jason manley composition, mood and emotion and color and theory of art. Because slow internet connection i have not finished download it and the worst is my computer crashed and the files that i have downloaded gone. The download link now expired.

I have already sent email to theartdepartment.org, emailed aaron, even jason manley, waited for 3 days but still no response. Please help me?
