View Full Version : Did anyone do Industrial Design in the UK?

Just wondering.
The courses seem to vary massively from Automotive Design which is mostly done on CAD systems to Mechanical Engineering to Product Design which seems to be all markers and styrophome... :huh:

any way my uni offers industrial design (preston) its a good course my tutor used to run it if you want any info reply to this post and ill send you the details
you can also go to www.uclan.ac.uk and look for info there but i can put u in contact with the course tutor
good luck in what ever you do
(but by looking at your work i thnk you should consider coming on to my degree games design youd fly at it)

tiernan: Thanks for the info. :) I looked into games design at Bournemouth and a few others, but it seems that I've actually missed the UCAS deadlines for _all_ the Universities. Dundee still has Animation MSc courses available, but I'm hoping to move out of Scotland and play around somewhere new for a while.
Hopr your course is going well! Just looking through UCLan, looks some good stuff offered there.
