I really like this! The face structure is very pleasing. I know it's an alien, but (forgive me if I'm ignorant) Is that the ear on the side? I'm curious as to how it would function with it being way up on the side of the skull. It could be my personal preference, but if it is an ear...I think it should be much lower....of course...it's not my sculpt, and I'm only trying to give constructive crits. I'm the last one to like saying anything about anyones work that may detract from it at all.
I'd be very interested in seeing this when it's completed.

Wow you certainly aren't a newbie at sculpting tho ! The only thing that bothers me a little (and you can tell me to shut up if it's a WIP), is the sternocleido mastoideus's shape. It might be a trick of light but it looks like a solid bar..
Aside from that, the mouth area/chin and nose are amazing.
