It's one of my first pics I really like a bit.

The succubus (from top to bottom):
her right hand is the same size as her left, but it should be larger if it is coming out at us. Her breasts are odd; I've never met a girl with that small of nipples. While I appreciate your modesty in putting her in panties, they are flat -- look like they are on top of her instead of on her, and I don't think she needs them (succubi descend upon men to have sex with them while they sleep -- which I'm sure you knew)

Anyway, don't feel discouraged:
you tried an interesting pose, tackled wings, AND most importantly foreshortening!
