Well, I got bored of em so hereby I deem em finished.
Tell me what you think. They arent quite as evolved as Id hope em to be, but heck, I got fed up. Ill be doin more vehicles from now on, locations are fun, but vehicles just rock my world. Really oughta practice on drawing those little pricks goin around doing their buissness, but heck, ill save that for another proj.
Interested in any crits you can give me, mostly on lighting though, im new to that.

Very nice interiors!
So very clean =)
The first one feels a little wierd because of the camera angle and perspective... It seems to me as if the little guys would fall off.

Pretty nice paintings, solid values. But PLEASE it's hangAr not hangEr (why is everybody doing that mistake?).
I like your color choice.

i like your "doors" or whatever you call them. they are cool shapes. you gave the settings a nice mechanical feeling, and its always nice to see someone put a correct feeling with a location.

These look great, Theo. I like sense of scale- sweet! I'm not troubled by the wide angle lens you're lookin' at that through-= looks good to me. The moulded cabinetry is cool- have you thought about going a step further with the recessed plumbing? More detial. or an oranic flow, whatever. I'd also enhance the level of detail at the Little Guy Area- maybe add features incorporating vehicles? One last thing- try playing with the lighting more. Good area lights can really add life to a scene. :chug:

hEY,
I think you have a lot of skill when using perspective, but i think in order to get the effect of light that you want, you need to push (exxagerate) all of the light that is hitting everything. It should almost be a blinding light. Otherwise i think you have a really cool funky perspective and i think you should keep up what you are doing, and do more of them. Thats the only way you will get better (but i am sure you knew that).

`Thanks guys,. agree with you all. Though I do think the light is blinding enough, is it not? Im having troubles finding a killer lighting combination, that doesnt in fact kill the viewer. As far as detailing goes, these pics deserve more, im just fed up - thats all! Got lots of real life boring work to be doing now, so I havent got much time for these babies anyways.
Glad you replied.

don't get too complacent doing your ships ..

Youve inspired me to do a hanger also- =)
