I like his costume/armor, his face and this "thing" on his braid...
But i don't like this glowing lines in his face...it doesn't work the way you wanted to i guess...i don't know why, maybe it's the consistent thickness and intensity of the glowing areas...
It seems that you cut the figure with the lasso in ps...the outlines aren't smooth. Furthermore the outer parts look flat...they need more volume, as you did with the rendering at the nose or the lips...you also should add shadows at the neck (dropped by the cloth and chin) and the earring...
Keep posting...there is talent no doubt!

I completely agree with eeverything fozzybar said.
The glowing lines really seem out of place..they make it seem like someone vandalized your piece lol..not to be too blunt or anything.
In addition to what fozzy said, the face kind of looks ehh..blotchy, because of your use of color.

TY, I think we all know what it is you are trying to achieve here but it just needs some more tweaking (i am talking about the face) I think all that needs to be done is to kill some of the contrast. Put the face lines on a seperate layer and bring down the opacity or even toy with dodge and burn a bit to see what can happen, you may have to use more then one layer to get the effect you are looking for.
One more suggestion, if you get the lines to work bring down the exposure in the entire pic, make it darker and use the lines in the face to bring light to his entire face and even through reflections in his armour.
Just a thought.

Oh...okay, now i see....it's a flying jellyfish...i couldn't spot it...but now as you said i can see it...maybe a little bit more transpareny on the jellyfish would make it easier to find out...
