I like it.

I think you may have overdone the highlights a bit, and it seems like your use of detail in the feathers on the entire bird make it seem furry instead of feathery (I'm absolutely no good at explaining myself so try to bear with me). Even from this close of range we shouldn't be able to make out individual feathers on every part of the bird. Create even more depth in the back wing by really dilluting the detail in it as it sweeps back.

This is only what I saw -- If it's unclear or just plain wrong (not unlikely) than please set me straight.

Nog is right about the eagle being abit furry. Unless theres some sort of light source shining at it to explain whey you can see it so clearly in an environment like that. (sunset i think?). But other than that, great job.
