great!
your work reminds me of the sketches of Fragonard and Boucher ...Greuze too. I am not a huge fan of their paintings, but their draftmanship was tops.

Very nice drawings. I like the flow of the quick sketches. But they look very similar to Glen Villpu's methods, am I right. Either you have studied under him or under someone else who had his teachings from Villpu, or you have developed his style through his books and videos. Not that there is totally anything wrong with it. Your drawings are excellent, human and animal.
keep up the good work and please keep posting.

Young, where and how did you learn how to draw gorillas like that?! Your animal drawings blow me away, esp since I have so much problems with them myself. They feel so solid and have alot of character. I don't know why you put "(newbie)" in the title of your thread. I could really use some drawing advice from you.

Jvsteac - thanks, yes I have studied under Glenn Vilppu~
Green Tea- I had a big problem drawing gorillas at first, so I think that's the only animal I would draw for about 6 months or so.. mostly I would go to the zoo or study at home.. And life drawing really helps too~
