I currently use tripod.com. but they're incosistent and I can't stand that. What place do u guys use that is reliable?

deviantart...reg is kinda long and uploading a little too but pretty reliable i think, i never get red X's

i have been using fortunecity. it's ok...sometimes it's a pain.
i use imagemagician for my avatar b/c fortunecity screws certain stuff up.
