I just wondering how can I paint tiles like roof, or ground esilly

Hello, I'm newbie at here. And I studying building concept art.
Well, My question is very simple. When I paint building like warhammer concept art, I feel great desire to skip very boring progress like paint the tile, and roof.

I think I could use custom-brush, or use texture resource to apply here, but I wondering is there any thread or tutorial, or custom brush setting?

Why don't you create your own custom brushes or textures? :)
..anyway, i think that this may help you in the first stage, but the best is work the detail in that ""boring process"".

I think that the mix of both helps to get the best result :O!
I'll be checking this to read the opinion of other people.. it could be interest to read what others do for their pieces :O!

You can overlay images to use that as a texture and make it believable only after you've painted stuff like that good. Or stuff mentioned above. Or, draw it by hand like your ref.
