wannabe doom 3 concepts. :D

I really wanna get back into concept art, not that I ever really did it hardcore, but here's some new stuff.

I'm pretty stoked for doom 3. And I love the designs for the characters so far. So I wanted to create some of my own ideas that would "fit" the game. Maybe I'll even model one of these as a PPM? oh... one disclaimer.. These pics aren't finished. I plan to sit down and make final renders of these guys and make them more detailed one day. and not making them so dark and one color.

Concept for this is an adolecent demon, hes got round under developed horns on the sides. as guess as this guy you're born with the bod. :)

hey! i think the sexual organs on those guys are the scariest things about them!! heehee

love the the first one and the "fat ass pig bat" .... i would turn and run if i saw him comin for sure!!

i got to take a tour of id's office a few weeks ago ... it was pretty cool... they had just gotten the multiplayer part of doom 3 working a little and we got to play a bit... that game scares the crap out of me!! i don't think i'm going to play it when it comes out! but they showed us some other things - bound to secrecy!!! - and it's just going to be such an amazing game!

The three others aren't bad though, but the lineart is "heavier" ... I would have make them lighter :p just a matter of taste I think
