The drawings a good start. It's good that you're using shapes in shadows rather than straight line art for life drawing. However some more defined lines seem to be needed in areas to give better impressions to the eye. Also try using more contrast between the shadows and highlights to add depth. The character looks a bit stiff as well. This may be because of the pose or just your interpretation but i sudgest trying to draw the body in poses that compliment flow and movement. I think you'll find that it will add much more life and personality to your works.
