Problem with playing video

I purchased Donato Giancola's download off the TAD store, and I've downloaded it, and now that i'm trying to play it, the imagery freezes after the
conceptart.org intro, but the sound continues. I'm using windows media player.

I attached a screenshot of the problem.

I've had good luck using Apple's QT Player. Seems to work well.

try downloading something called the klite codec pack it comes with a great video playing program (media player classic) the nice thing is it lets you play the videos at a slower speed too see all the detail if you want

forget QT player.. it sucks..

I use VLC Media Player (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/), I haven't found a common use video codec that it won't play.
