Here's the thing...

My Art History teacher is the most annoying and hated teacher at my school. He is squat and sweaty and has the body of the Venus of Willendorf with the head of a Minoan Snake Goddess. Everything he says annoys me and everything I turn in he gives a lesser grade than deserved. He may not know my name but I'm convinced he hates me.

This was all unnecessary background information for the following:

I have an Art History report due. Tomorrow morning. I am an idiot and got the due date wrong and so here I am. After reading one of the threads here a month ago I decided to do my paper on William Bougereau. So I'm posting this on the off-chance that someone reading it will post helpful information on said artist, or at least post links of places where I can find pre-written, 5 page reports on him... :devil1: .

THANKS. Nog.

www.artrenewal.org

Has wayyyy more than 5 pages along with plenty of his paintings. Shouldn't be too hard to find the info on that site since he's pimped the most out of anyone there.

hmm, i miss writing papers, maybe it's because i'm a giant nerd. but i totally dug writing those long papers on an artist or a movement or whatever. JUST WRITING! i wrote a 25-page paper on mannerism jr year of college once. if you know something well enough it's easy to blab about it for a while.

alittle side note- bouguereau is makin a come back. my teacher once told me that he could have bought a bouguereau painting in the 70's for 5 thousand dollars. today it's worth a few hundred thousand.....look at that turn around in popularity!
