Hey cold,

I use the guache (sp?) brushes almost exclusivly, occaisionally use a couple of pastel brushes that I've modified, but not that often. The fortress today was done only with the guache (I *know* I'm misspelling that...arg) and on two layers.

If I'm using layers, it's usually for background, middle ground and foreground. Any special effects (lightening, magical effects, fire etc.) are done on their own layer.

That's about it. I gotta go catch a ferry, so I'll "see" ya'll later!

Thanks man! I am glad you liked it... thinking back I realize I could have done so much more for it, but its a struggle just making time for a first pass at these DSG's. (coloured thumbnail). yours didnt show up..?
