If you're living anywhere close to the Montreal area and have some time to spare on this coming Saturday, April 2nd, feel free to drop me a PM... I'll be there until some time in the early evening when I must catch a train back to Ottawa, and so far one other CA member is committed to a sketch meet. It would be great if even just one other person would be able to come :)

That other person would be me:) So... yeah:) The more, the merrier!
Would be awesome to meet up and sketch, and talk, and all that... :)

I've sent you a PM and I also sent one to windmaker, basically I'm just trying to decide what would be the easiest to arrange based on your opinions. I'm thinking it would be easier to just meet outside of the Trylon apartments since the Central Station is really big and would be more of a hassle to arrange a meeting at imo.
Basically I think we would just be meeting up for a few hours of sketching at a park or museum somewhere, (I know there's at least one where you can get free admission too). I'm thinking that with the nicer weather around here lately it would be easier to sketch some architecture and buildings as well.

I'm not sure what central station is. Is that a train station?
I am only well versed in the metro haha.

The fine arts museum on Sherbrook is free entry for the permanent collection.

(Do you guys not live in Montreal?)

Yeah, it's the big train station that's underneath a hotel. I think we gathered that it would be easier to meet outside the apartment, though =/
Neither of us lives in Montreal, I have personally only been twice (this is the third time) and I believe windmaker is visiting for the first time :)
