i had no idea where to post this, i thought this would be the most appropriate forum.
alias|wavefront is currently working on a new sketching program called alias sketchbook. i recently downloaded it, and it's a lot of fun.
it's not as in-depth as painter, but it is also incomplete at this time.
they are offering a free download right now, i recommend checking it out.
