Hi All!

I've finally gotten back to drawing ever since I stopped in 1995 during my senior year in high school. I haven't had any formal training, so I'm basically starting from the ground up. I started reading "Drawing from the Right Side of the Brain" over Thanksgiving to give me a start, so hopefully it will teach me something.

Anywayz, here is my self portrait. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to improve my skills thus far? BTW, I already spotted one problem, the eyes are jacked up, so I'll have to fix that on the next self portrait I do.

Peace!

hey, dont let anything discourage you, there is a hint of shading in there but basically I would say you are at the '2d' stage if you could call it like that.. the transitioon to volume and thinking in masses is slow but lots of fun, so join in the Guest SP thread and get to work :)
