View Full Version : Some silly questions about TAD; apologies if most of these are answered elsewhere.

Hi! I'm interested in applying to TAD, but I have a few questions:
-What does an average portfolio look like? Does it matter? What kind of content is TAD looking for, and at what skill level?
-I'm an Austinite. The ATX PODs are full. Does that mean I can't attend TAD, or that my experience won't be as useful?
Thanks so much in advance.

I believe there are a few more spots in the Austin Pod, but I will have Scooter contact you with that information.
We are looking for the work that best represents your picture making capabilities. Show us your drawing ability and the best of your finished work.
The skill level is all over the place at the beginning of our program, but starts to become closer together during the second semester. In the beginning of our program we offer information that is usually unique to our students, this puts everyone on more of an equal playing field. Each student is dealt with as an individual and is given information to improve based on what their issues are.
Thanks for the questions and you should be hearing from Scooter soon!
