i have a crappy computer... 750mhz, 256 RAM...

i run photoshop 7.0...
i try to digitaly paint on my wacom...
it's like painting in real time, and watching a slide show on my computer screen

i have already set it so that photoshop takes up over 75% of my system resources... it there anything more i could do?

What's the resolution and the pixel size of your canvas ?

Try putting photoshop at 90 %, removing smoothing.. stuff like that. Your choice of brushes will GREATLY drain your resources on a slower machine.. Photoshop 7 was meant for faster machines....
