A few years back I drew a balding, skinny hellish creature. Then a year later I put clothes on him and gave him a lizard hybrid pal. Then a few months back, I generated a whole cast and made a short training ground comic.
Anyhow, C&C would be nicely appreciated on these several images.
The images aren't very sharp due to teething troubles with my scanner. And Draco and Damien came out slightly different to Alex and Mark, due to some style tweaking midway. But without further ado, here there are.

I like the idea that you are creating a complete world for your characters. Thats a good start, those are things you need to know when you begin writing. But please, proofread your writing. You have a TON of misplaced commas, and you even misspell "Michael" on one page. My name is Michael, so I'm a bit sensitive to that.
Your character are extremely streamlined, with very specific details. Example, you indicate there must be exactly three spikes of hair on Human-Lizard's head. That's a good detail when you're making model sheets for animation. However, when you're making a comic it's okay to loosen yourself up a bit.
These characters are standing very stiffly. You ape a lot of other styles, specifically Manga and bad Saturday Morning Cartoons to solve your design problems. On the surface it looks okay, but I worry that you haven't internalized the "why" of these techniques.
Oh yeah, if you're making these characters for a book, make sure you know how to draw them from all angles and perspectives. They must be three-dimensional in your head, this will give you greater freedom in drawing them. From that, they will spring to life even more.

I was always under the impression Micheal, or rather Michael, could be spelled either way. And yes, I have been known to go over the top with the commas. I must admit, the profiles were a tad on the rushed side. Thanks anyhow.

Hm, I understand. I did feel that a sort of, routine design was perfect for the something, cartoonish style that I'm trying to achieve. But yeah, I could alter certain things, like you say, loosen up.

I have a bit of a problem with giving flexibility to my characters, it's something I'm really trying to improve. Unfortunately, it isn't going along too smoothly.
I've never really watched any Manga myself. But, yeah, I've seen a few cartoons, there are a fair few simularitaries, that have been influenced, I've never really noticed that myself. I'm not particulary sure on why I choose this technique. At the moment, it's one I am quite comfortable with. As I do, do alot with other techniques and what not.

That's a big problem I have, they're not very 3D, I usually always see them as being 2D, another something I really do need to look into.
And thankyou very much for pointers, I will take them into account.

Nope, it's Michael. Always Michael. Just a quick linguistics lesson: the suffix "-el" in a name always means "of God." Michael means "Strength of God." Most Angels have "-el" tagged on their names, and some demons too. Gabriel, Azrael, Azazel just to name a few.

First another Michael, now another "Destiny Boy"...I guess I'll have to change my name again.
