Future handball; chasing the ball, pretty quick, had to rush it. Maybe I'll continue the concept some other time :)

nonononoo, not "mi laddo". That just makes you sound like an Irish guy. Now if you say "boyo", you sound like an angry Irish guy who means business!

Man... do I need to practice my action stuff. Far too static looking for me. :o

JSlayer - Didn't notice the mouse at first. LOL.
karma police - Nice poses. Would like to see it coloured.
gallon - I really like the players, but the background detracts alot IMHO.
the_jackal - Real nice effect, but I'd like to see more. Hope you come back to this.
young paddy1 - Cool blizzard effect, and nice little details like the window wiper look.

VI welcome back man. hope to see ya toss something in here today.
hey, anyone know a website for photohosting that doesnt resize or crop your images if they are over a certain size? im currently using Photobucket.com but it resizes them if it thinks they are too big. kinda annoying.

for pics that are too big i'm using www.renderosity.com
to get it working you have to trick it though.it is somewhat like deviantart, but you needn't post any gallery for it if you don't want to.register for free, then, under member options go to "my homepage",there click "manage homepage"->"articles",upload a pic under a new article, copy it's url, insert here with img tag,and you're done.it is fast enough for most pics and so far i haven't yet come across any restriction in picture size.
gumdrop-veery nice.good rendering of water.used any reference?the left guy's feet seem like they're above the water.
i'll see if i can come up with one later.

*sigh* i use painter far to little to get as nice results as gumdrop or anybody else comfortable with it.everything gets blurry for me there.
http://img1.photobucket.com/albums/1003/fisite/chase.jpg
hope you can see what it is.
SABRE-my fav for today, reminds me somehow of matrix also-the highway scene.
doc boom-photoshop i assume?looks nice,esp. the idea floating around.
buzzz3d-nice idea, but it looks a bit too static.the t-rex' body also seems weird, most of all the legs.they don't look like they're attached the right way.

For some reason, when I read the thread title, I thought it said 'snow action' so that's where I got the snowball chase idea from.

woow great stuff all, i haven't been here in long time, sorry carnifex, I seem to have a lack of vision as to what that is. Awesome brushstroke effect.

I guess this would also qualify as a chase... more of a slow-burn type... looking at it now, still a bunch of anatomy problems...
did this after looking at the Amsterdam Workshop photos, awsome thing going on there... wish I was there.

agreed, though a bit dark..but that might also be my monitor.
silentbrain-cool thing.the boy's right arm looks detached though.and his left leg needs to be thicker, otherwise it looks like it's further in the back than his right one(which is thicker atm and screws up the posture).and the front wheel of the roller is not in the right pose for the steering rod.
for everbody who can't make out what mine's supposed to be-it's a pair of legs seen from underneath.
