I've written a rough outline for a children's book, primarily as a vehicle to continue working on this new style... This is the first picture. It's a bit of a crazy plot about a cat that thinks his tail is an icicle. :)

This is great, I would so buy a book with these illustrations, for my little bro. I love the colours. Both pieces just feel all warm and cozy, I totally dig it. Great job, man.

These are really great I love em! Great job man. I like the plot idea too that's hilarious. Definitely post the others when you finish them.

Nice work! I like the style--very serene. Beautiful palette of colors and nice texturing. Did you use Painter?

I already want to read the story based on the cat believing he has an icicle tail. Good luck with the book!
