Hey guys... just wondering if there is any decent place that offers really low cost webspace? I did find one provider by the name of Webzone (http://www.worldzone.net/). $12 per year for 100 megs of hosting, hotlinking allowed, 1 gig of bandwidth... It looks promising (too good to be true??) , but if there is anything better out there, I would like to know.
My current situation is this... I need a place with pretty sizeable webspace since I am a comic colorist, and a big chunk of bandwidth with hotlinking. My site is currently down because I have went over my bandwidth limit (I only had 100 megs at portland.) Also need to pay through paypal too. (webzone does have that payment option!)
Any suggestions?

I use http://www.fourbucks.net and they have been super reliable. The tech support has always been prompt, and helpful. I think I payed 100 bucks for a year of hosting, and I have 10 gigs of bandwith a month, along with 500 megs of site space? I don't remember, but you can check out thier site for the details. And if you and 2 more people refer me, I get free hosting for a year!

Well... Tiny little problem... I do not have a 100 to spend... I barely have $20 to my name, (bad turn of events in my life happened and I am living off the good graces of my parents for the moment. I am trying to re-start my life over fresh.) I just need something that would allow hotlinking for C-H-E-A-P and have a decent chunk of bandwidth. Thanks for the suggestion though, I will make a note of that once I get more income.

Use GoDaddy.com. I've got mucho bandwith (I think 1000 mb/month), and an email account for a whopping 3.95 a month. It's very reliable and if you ever need to call them you actually get to speak to a human being, not a voicemail box or infinite menu of options.

Check out this sticky on CGTalk.
I found out about http://e-rice.net/ from that sticky and the deal sounds really good. $14.99 for 150mb, 3gb/month data transfer. Not sure about hotlinking though. I haven't found the definite answer but from what it sounds like in the forums you can hotlink.
I've been shopping around for web hosting too so I can start on my online portfolio. Feel free to share what you find :)
Good luck on the search.

SirRon: Thanks for the suggestion. I have signed up on e-rice's forums and asked there. :D Dont hurt to ask questions. I will let everyone know the answer when I get it.
