Hey Everyone,
I graduated last may from Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelors of fine arts in illustration. I am real seriously thinking about attending a new school, either for course work or another bachelors. I want to go to a school where i can take new courses either involving 3d animation/modeling, visual effects/motion graphics or new media and still be able to take life drawing/painting/sculpting classes. I did email Ringling and if i was to take the Graphic and interactive communications major, i would be there for another 3 years. I also would not be allowed to take 3d animation. But i can still take all those life drawing/painting/sculpting classes. If you need to see my work, its www.gksmithstudios.com Programs that I would like to learn, premiere, after affects and studio max.
I am looking at mostly animation/film schools now.
Cogswell is a possibility, maybe the AI schools. anyone know anything about Gemini school? http://www.geminischool.com ) If anyone has any suggestions for me, i would really appreciate it.
Thanks a lot,
Greg Smith
