hey, i know you don't need me to say it but these are really awesome concepts! i love the style and personality of the character. as far as crits go, i can only see two things that sorta bug me, neither of which are a big deal..
1. looks like there's some perspective problems in the bottom sketch.. it looks like the buildings are all leaning in different directions.. maybe there's a black hole in the swamp
2. i don't know how much communication you have with the 3D modeler (i would hope quite a bit) but one thing i really love about the character is how young he looks. somehow that youthfulness gets lost in the model and i think it might have to do with the face being more oval shaped, and also the ears being higher and larger. the low tiny ears are cute, dammit. the big ears make him look too mouse-ish. but maybe thats what you're going for.
anyway, great conepts!!

its really cool! i like the character, sort of a clumsy-looking redneck/ninja feel.
i'd like to see the smaller ears from the sketch on him, as said above, too. also, im not sure what he has over his head, but its kind of bizarre that it form-fits the folds of his ears. I don't understand why he would cover his ears, at that.

yes there is a bug on the perspective...I'll correct it in toshop because i'd draw it with pencil and i can't errase it on the paper...:))
The 3d artist is verry good for me, he has the same vision of this world.
we are working on it for his demo real.
