this one isn't actually finished yet. I'm not sure if I want to give her hair, or if I want to make the wrap go over her head like a hood as well. any suggestions?

i like your stuff, i am pretty heavy handed when it comes to sketching, most of my sketche are always dark, I like the fact that you have done them lightly in pencil.....has a very soft look....I likey:D ;)

Yup, the one with no hair is definitely my favourite. It screams potential. Do some different stuff with it - maybe even photocopy it and try different stuff.

Having said that, I've found that not being too precious about any given drawing is the best way to move ahead and learn. But I've also found that finishing pictures is the best way to progress. Just throw caution to the wind.

And hi, i'm another newbie. Should be fun in Amsterdam this weekend :P

thanks for the replies and comments.

I actually did plan on making photocopies and trying different looks, but then I forgot and its pretty much finished already. I'll be sure to post so you can see. its not the most original idea but I still like it.

I'll probably try painting it in photoshop as well.
