barbarians in real life weren't classified by their dress code really, it was mostly how they attacked. An army that killed women and childern would be considered, barbaric. Seems in fantasy "barbarian", has become a term for someone strong,stupid,and without good culture, but anyways. very cool piece. I have a problem with how you "sculpted" the figure. The body seems very wiggley and almost looks like clay. The muscles and such are given but not defined, i think you could go back into that.

I think the design is awsome, I love the balance and I love the colors.
However, I think the rendering could be a little better by differentiating between the metals, cloths, and skins - they all seem to be treated the same way.
Anyway, great character concept. :)
