Hi all!
HELP WITH MONITORS!

Here, I have a problem and you have a solution. I’m working using two screens (monitors) at the moment. The problem is that their colour display is different and is driving me crazy.
Which one would you pick?
1 or 2?
Probably none of them, he he.

This way I'll know which monitor needs some "fixing" !

And I hope it’s OK to post this in the lounge.

Thanks!

I, personally, prefer number 1. The background has much more punch, and I like the orangey-red. It's a good contrast for the figure. I think the second one looks too cool and muted.

But that's just my opinion :)

for the record I picked 2. I think the mood in that piece fits the character alot more...whereas the firey look of #1 seemed too much. My display sucks too, however...

I picked number 1 because it stands out more. The colors are more alive in that one, and it punches the character out from the bg.

On nuimber 2 it's more cool and dull colors, which i thought made the image more plaing and not stand out :(

why not use a color gamma adjuster? These programs let you calibrate your monitor and -- they will help you when you want to print something and make sure you can get the same result on another monitor (when calibrated)

I like image 2 better but both monitors probably need adjustment...
