It needs talent, ya'bum!

Based on the style you seem to be developing, I suggest a few things. Check out your shading. It is extremely unrefined. You've got some nice beginnings of cloth folds in his left knee (our right) but everything else is way off. Based on the light source (top left radiant), his undershirt could not possibly be pure white.

You have a cartoon style, I suggest one of two directions, a coloring style that befits a cartoon (flat, bold, minimal shading) or go uber realistic and contrast the cartoony forms against some bad ass realism.

You'll want to clean up your line work. There's no variation in line density. It's also a pretty shakey line. There's little fine detail.

Look at your poses. There's no strong action through-line. I don't know what direction he's going in or wants to go in. He just looks like he's crouching and grinning like an idiot. And showing off his axes.

Finally, check your refs. The axes look off. His clothing, esp. his jacket, doesn't fall like clothing.

Good start man, esp. if thats completely in PS. Keep drawing.
